This product really works. If your cat is scratching up furniture or rugs you need to buy this product. They sell them at both Petsmart and Petco. However I have had better luck buying the refills at Petsmart in Huntersville, NC. First determine if you cat is a horizontal or vertical scratcher. Basically if you cat is scratching furniture he/she is a vertical scratcher and you will want to hang the iScratch from a door knob. If he/she is scratching a rug then its a horizontal scratcher and all you need to do is buy the iScratcher and place it on the floor. The product and refills also come with catnip that you place in the cardboard. I recommend the cardboard fills it makes your cat think its bark from a tree.
